Our aim is to provide genuine customer service using up to-date technology for all who walk through our doors four legged or other.

Bark has combined East with West redefining Shanghai's dog grooming industry. Bark has a team of highly skilled groomers who will work with your pet in a safe, clean environment, using the highest standard of equipment available. We will introduce you to our eco-friendly pet shampoo imported from New Zealand.

Each customer (the four legged ones) will have a personal file which includes a photo, personal profile and history. Owners' telephone numbers and addresses are used to trace and identify the pet file.

Whether you visit once or multiple times you are a valued and respected customer. Bark will strive to provide the best professional service to fulfil your requirements.
